Changes!

Changes in the Season
We have all heard that great saying, "There is a season for everything."
Our seasons in our lives are changing.
A season for changing of the hearts.
A season for moves.
A season for taking a new perspective on life.
A season on children growing.
So many seasons.

In March of last year we put our house on the market.  Something that I was not very excited about.  But we felt that we needed to see what God would do.  We put the house on the market with a high price thinking it wouldn't sell.  Jube left overseas for 6 months.  We both were really hoping that the house wouldn't sell until he returned home.  God had another plan.  HEHE!!  We had a lot of lookers, but nothing serious.

The kids and I left for a trip to Arizona to see family and to be apart of a wonderful day of my sister getting married.  When we returned, guess what, we had an offer.  You know how the whole house thing goes.  Make an offer, counter offer, deal done.  For some reason it took them a while to get the loan papers.  But that probably was a good thing.  From June until August I was a packing and yard salein' fool.  Mom came and helped me in July.  Poor thing, it was so hot and humid.  We packed Jube's shop and the house.  What a great time we had.

The big move was August 3rd.  God really has blessed us so much with the church family that we have.  On the morning of August 3rd, there were 20 or so people who showed up to help us move.  With Jube being deployed, it was so wonderful to see all the help that came to move us.

So God has been so wonderful to us, more that we can ever deserve.  I am so thankful for His wonderful mercies and blessings that He had poured out upon us.  I can't tell you enough of His wonderful goodness that He has bestowed upon me and my family.

We moved into a house that God provided for us for a short period of time, until Jube returned home.  We needed to figure out what the next step was going to be.

I just want to say that through this whole process, God has been working in my heart.  He has changed my heart from really wanting to stay put, to being humble and letting Him do whatever He needs to do in our lives.  I wasn't happy at all about selling the house, but God changed my heart to be okay with it, and to have a peace about it.  He knows what is better for me more than I do.  He has changed my heart to wanting to stay here in West Virginia, to being open about moving anywhere He wants us to move.  God has changed my heart about not wanting to ever leave the church family that He has blessed us with, to having a peace to seek a church that we can be servants for Him in.  I praise our Father in Heaven!!

Wonderful house that God blessed us with for 4 years!

Our new home for a season!
